The company was very responsive. They replied right away. On the day of my cleaning, they sent 2 individuals to clean. They arrived on time and did a good job. They finished the job, which consisted of 3 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen in 2 hours max. My only concern is that I would like to know the differences in a deep cleaning vs a normal cleaning for next time. I paid for a deep cleaning, but saw some issues in certain areas that were not really cleaned (under the sofa, behind the sofa, dining room table).

I appreciate the feedback and apologize for any missed items- we usually come back out at no additional charge if we receive any complaints within 24 hours, however as far as moving furniture lighter pieces might be shifted to access areas that aren’t regularly cleaned but if the furniture is heavy we’ll try to clean under it if accesible. I hope we can make it right on the next clean! Thanks again!
