Introduction: First thing's first...Chaē is pronounced "Key" as a short form of Zacchaeus, our founder/owner. We shine in batch bartending for convenience but also capable of your common "drink by drink" bartending. With our batch cocktails we offer a service that we like to call Absent Bartending. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies according to the need a of each client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a consultation meeting to discuss the needs for your event. This includes a menu of our signature cocktails or you can choose an exclusive cocktail just for your event. We will meet again with drink samples of signature cocktails chosen, including your exclusive drink if desired. If your exclusive drink doesn't meet your expectations, we will continue mixing until we get it perfect for you or you may opt out from that feature. A final meeting will give a rundown of what to expect on your event day and final payment will be due if not already paid in full. (Expect to pay in full no later 7-14 days before your event)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bartender training, personal bartending for family and friends over the past 10+ years. Also constructed a drink that was put on tap at a local bar. Customer service experience is first and foremost in every job we consider.
