Kia was absolutely amazing and her level of professionalism, detail and organization is impeccable. I am more than impressed and satisfied with the service provided. Both my husband and I are happy and can’t wait to have her back to continue standard cleaning every few weeks. She and her company is worth every single penny. As busy professionals and as well I was traveling every week to care for an ill family member the house got away from me a little too much for our liking. Kia spent the day and had the home looking better and smelling so clean it was the most beautiful thing to us. Thank you and do not hesitate hiring this company - you won’t be disappointed

We hired Kia when she was with another company before finding out that she was starting her own in April. Once we saw her entirely new level of cleaning, we had no reason to ever look for anyone else. She is always on time, her attention to detail is immaculate and her charm and all-around positive nature is both contagious and refreshing! She charges just a bit more than the others you see around, but DO NOT let that fool you! Kia is THE BEST in the game and I promise that those few extra dollars you'll spend will be worth every bit in what she brings to your home! Ours has never looked better and we can't wait to support PINK Kleaning and Kia's ventures going forward!

They clean exceptionally well, but takes 6-7 hours. The price is never consistent, so I cancelled the services. Because you have to put a card on file with them, wouldn’t you know that after canceling the services, they charged my card later in the evening. My bank has blocked them from using it again, and I am still currently waiting for them to return the charge.

"Quality Above All" is not just a slogan or a catchphrase, we stand by what we believe in and the sad fact that you hired us TWICE for well over 50% off what you should have been charged & accommodated you to clean your home outside of our normal time slots (all conveniently left out of this review), yet can still find it within yourself to fuss about the immaculate job we provided is just incredible on our end. Yes, our cleanings take longer than most. If you are looking for someone to do it as the "fastest" or "cheapest", then we are not the service for you. We stand by the extra time we provide for our cleanings and will not compromise the integrity of our work. Objectively, even this customer can't say we did 1-star work. The only reason it is 1-star is because of an honest mistake on our part, a mistake we take ownership of for a recurring charge being posted that was missed when she cancelled her service. The part she again "conveniently" fails to mention in her review was that the refund was sent to her 2 minutes after she let us know what had happened. We did things the right way and stand by our work. This particular customer, for lack of a better term, wants slave labor (meaning fast, cheap, but also above and beyond). If you can find that from someone other than us, let us know who this is because we will want to hire them! A very objectively simple situation where the customer wants did not match up with our company goals. Certainly did not deserve a 1-star, but this is in the miniority of reviews. See our 5-star reviews and just ask around. Our work speaks for itself, sorry that this one customer just can't see that while looking down the end of her nose.
