We highly recommend P and M Plumbing, a husband and wife team who quickly responded to our repair request and was able to fit us in the same day, on a weekend. We had a leaky pipe, which turned out to be a missing gasket and a corroded gasket. Pierre quickly replaced the old, faulty parts with brand new parts. Pierre and his wife Mary worked well together, and I felt like they took pride in their repair by making sure it was done right. Small things they did that went the extra mile: they removed their shoes at the front door since it had been rainy, Pierre used a dishpan to clean up the debris after he finished, they gave us a window of arrival as well as a message when they were on their way, and last bit not least—they smiled! They were everything we hoped for in a home service: great communication, attitude, value, and quality. We will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends. Definitely recommend! They were much more professional, amicable, and helpful than other plumbers we've had in the past. A bit more expensive than some, but seems well worth it considering their focus on quality work and longevity vs quick fixes and cutting corners. And an absolute night and day difference from large plumbing companies we've called that send people who are scarcely competent, don't care at all, and still manage to rack up outrageous charges.

BEST EVER, A++! So with a 3 month old at home and not a lot of sleep, I finally got around to flushing my water heater tank, leaving some water in the pan. Like a moron I forgot that my heater has an auto shutoff if any water is detected. After seeing my posting and sensing the situation, instead of charging for a visit, P&M gave me a free troubleshooting call and walked me through a few things and boom - I'm back with hot water, a little sheepish but wiser and ultimately SO impressed and thankful. That was a stellar move and you can bet if I have any plumbing issues in the future I know who I'm gonna call. Fantastic service and generosity to help when I just needed to push in the right direction. Small companies like this make a world of difference in these situations. Thank you!

What a nice hard working team. Pierre is truly a knowledgeable plumber. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and did the repair in no time at all. Then he insisted on leaving the area as clean as he found it! Unheard of nowadays. I would highly recommend P and M for any of your plumbing needs. Totally satisfied with their quality of work.
