- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes all materials for work. No more hidden fees after we agree on a final price for the job. Ask how i can provide you a discount. We’ll find a way to be accommodating.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We set up a day to take a look at the job and provide a free quote. 2. On the day of the visit i go to the work area (up on the roof) and i evaluate the work needed. 3. That same day ill email you a written quote. 4. Once we come to an agreement and quote is approved we’ll schedule a work day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Even though we all want to save money dont go with the cheapest companies you'll find. Youll be paying less for low quality work that you might have to go back and fix again. Ask me for photos of past projects to see the quality of my work.
