My goal as a Master Wellness Coach/Performance Specialist is to positively impact as many lives as I can by focusing on all the facets of wellness: mental health, nutrition, functional fitness & rejuvenation. Vinny is being a huge asset to my fiancés and my own fitness goals, we always thought we knew how to workout until we started training with him and now we have actually learned to do it correctly for it to be effective yet safe, he guides us step by step to avoid injuries and strengthen the specific muscles being worked on each session. I was afraid of personal training as it usually is extremely expensive and a bit intimidating but we gave it a go and we’re beyond happy with our progress and look forward to keep going!
