The response time from these guys was amazing. Myron and Erica are wonderful, kind, generous, respectful people and was on site within a few hours. We did a walkthrough, discussed the work to be done and finalized plans. The crew was here the very next morning ready to work and work they did. They came through like a hurricane and did in about four or five hours, what would have taken me weeks. I'm very pleased with the whole process from the beginning to the end result. They do trash outs, yard maintenance, pressure washing and much more. I would highly recommend these guys for any cleanup needs. I'm very happy to support this Veteran owned, black business. We will be doing more projects with them. Thanks for everything!!

I absolutely loved having The One and Only Simply clean my apartment. I am a college student at FSU and live in a small apartment. Our apartment gets dirty very easily and we could never seem to get all the nooks and crannies. My room also has carpet (I also have a dog, so hair get stuck in the carpet really easily)and I could never get it super clean, but Jessica was able to clean it so well! I found The One and Only Simply off of thumbtack and they were able to do my apartment super quick! They had a ton of availability which was nice for my busy schedule and they were just amazing. Jessica cleaned my apartment and did an amazing job. Erica was amazing at contacting me and she was so sweet! I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much!
