Introduction: Hi, I'm Uday! I am a Personal Trainer specializing in Powerlifting, and General Strength and Hypertrophy Training. Over the past 3 years, I have helped 35+ clients accelerate their journey to their goals and beyond, 30 of whom are still training with me to this day. I have had experience working with people at various strength levels with vastly differing goals, be it competitive powerlifting at the National level, or getting stronger and looking better through a hectic corporate or academic schedule. I excel at meeting the client where they're at in their journey and tailoring the plan based on their individual needs. I currently operate out of Boss Barbell Club in Mountainview, California. So I've been working with Uday for around 10 months and I've been having an excellent experience. When I joined Uday back in 2023, I had an injured left hip, a strained pec, lower back pain and more or less every joint hurting. Moreover, I was in possibly the worst spot mentally in life at that time. Uday took a very structure approach and got rid of my pec pain in the first block only. He quickly realized that most of my injuries were due to my form being crappy. His cues were easy to understand and till date I've made massive improvements to my SBD total and remained majorly pain free. He also set my mind in the right direction when it came to training which really helped me overcome personal mental issues as well. I also have a very busy life, working two jobs along side university. Uday is the first person I've met who could work with my externals. I've slept an average of 3 hours on a daily basis for the past 1 year and this guy has still gotten me to progress under so many externals without lecturing me on how most of my problems are due to my sleep. He saw my externals and programmed accordingly. 10/10 recommend him to everyone.

Uday is very knowledgeable and has been exceptional with tailoring training to my busy lifestyle. I have trained under him for 6 months and have noticed significant improvement in terms of strength gain and body composition. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their fitness goals seriously !

Uday is extremely well equipped with knowledge and experience in creating plans to help you get the best results under your specific life circumstances. I am a student and can only devote 45 mins to an hour to the gym 4-5 times a week. Previously, my experience with other trainers had left a sour taste in my mouth mainly due to them trying to cram too much work into one session where it felt like I was doing more of a cardio session than training for strength and hypertrophy, leading to little to no progress and me feeling tired all day, everyday. Uday has tailored the plan perfectly for my time restrictions and I am still getting great results while actually feeling like I have more energy now. I'm grateful to have him as my trainer and as a friend, would highly recommend!

In our short 2 months of training together, Uday has drastically improved my technique and execution on pretty much every lift, and I feel like I'm getting a lot more value for my time while I'm in the gym. This is very impressive to me because I had been training for almost 5 years on my own before joining Uday, and thought that I had pretty decent technique. He has also helped me improve a very underlooked aspect of training, which is the mental side. The results that I am able to see have lit a fire of continuous improvement in me and I thank Uday wholeheartedly for that. I cannot recommend him enough!
