No matter how much I cleaned, the toilet smelled. They were the 3rd to respond, so I waited to schedule with them. Luckily, I had a call with them for a potential root cause and I was introduced to components like wax-ring and flange. I am thankful to them as I would have got duped by one of the plumber who offers to caulk the toilet base. Later, I got it fixed by my builder because it was still under warranty.

Mr. Garcia was so amazing to work with. We needed to change the original toilets in our 1950s home so I ordered them from Home Depot and he picked them up for us. I measured one of the toilets wrong so he went back to HD and picked up the right one for a small fee, which was totally worth it! I will gladly work with him again for our plumbing needs.
