Vlad arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly identified the source of the problem. He amply explained the issue and how to help prevent it from repeating once repaired. He then located the necessary part and quoted the repair cost. Upon my approval of the quote, he ordered the necessary part and scheduled a follow-up visit to complete the repair.
