I contacted YANI in the morning with a picture of the work that needed to be done. He responded quickly with the cost for the job. I was having trouble reconnecting with him on the website, so I telephoned him. I was expecting him to say that he would come in a couple of days or so…but he said in an hour! That blew my socks off. I have never had anyone respond in such an expedient and efficient manner. To top it off it was a small job that could’ve waited so that he would not have to fight the 3:00 rush-hour traffic, but he came. He was very professional and courteous.
