FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rest assured that the price you are quoted for your project will remain unchanged upon its completion. However, if you decide to request additional work for your project, I will gladly prepare a change order that outlines the scope of the additional work and its corresponding cost. This way, you can have complete transparency and peace of mind throughout the entire process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to Cabinet Painting, I like to start off by requesting complete pictures of your project, whether it’s your kitchen cabinets, vanities, or entertainment center. This way, I can give you the closest estimate possible without the need for an in-person visit. I understand that some potential customers may have doubts about this approach, but there’s really no need to worry. I’ve chosen this method to avoid charging for estimates and to keep costs down across the board, which ultimately translates into savings for you, our valued customer. Once you’ve had a chance to review the estimate and find it within your price range, or if you’re ready to move forward, I’ll schedule a day and time to conduct a thorough inspection of the cabinets and provide you with the final price. And here’s the best part – 95% of the time, the final price will match the initial estimate I sent over.
