- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a potential client with reach out to us in need of landscape maintenance. We’ll set up and date and time over the phone and put them in our calendar. On the day of the estimate, we’ll allow the customer to give us a tour of their property and show us the work they need done. Once everything’s been reviewed we’d provide them with a quote. If they’d like to move forward with the job, we’ll set up another date and time to carry out the work. We’ll also review client contact information and send them an invoice for the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly educating and refreshing ourselves on safety, efficiency, and proper techniques in the industry of arboriculture using credible and qualified online resources. We also collaborate with reputable and experienced companies within our area and industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2022 my partner and I decided we wanted to start a business. We decided on landscape maintenance because it was relatively easy to start with just a few tools. We’ve been providing the highest quality work to separate ourselves from our competitors and the rest is history.
