Starfix was an amazing find. Armen M. displayed many of the best possible qualities in a repair technician. His responsiveness to my initial request was immediate. He was already in the neighborhood, and texted me that he could be here in 15 minutes. He was here in 6 minutes. I was very impressed with the initiative he took to secure a new client. Armen is a professional. When you hire him, you can expect a knowledgeable repair technician with years of experience. He is prompt, thorough, and transparent. He was honest with us throughout the whole process, and his work was efficient and non-intrusive. When you add to the professionality of his services the kindness, friendliness, and positive attitude he displays, the experience as a whole was genuinely enjoyable. Bonus points to Armen for being great with animals as well. We have an older dog, a Boxer, that has trust issues with strangers, and our dog remained calm when he was in our home. This doesn't happen often, and when it does, it's a sign we can trust the person in our home. Thank you very much, Starfix and Armen M. for fixing our dishwasher! You really helped us out!

Armen went above and beyond fixing our washing machine after we got nowhere with Sears and Cinch appliance warrantee. Most likely will cancel the warrantee. They showed up and actually diagnosed the problem quickly. We have a new hard to get part on order for an older Maytag unit. Starfix is a great company!

Mike the technician came on time as he said and friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator. He went back to the shop to get the part that he needed. Came back and installed the part. The refrigerator is working great so far. With that being said, I do recommend Starfix appliance.

Incredible service!!! Had a fridge problem on Saturday morning, they came out within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part (which arrived Monday noon) then came out and repaired the problem by 1:00 pm. Incredible service! Mike and Armen were both friendly and informative. I highly recommend Starfix for appliance repairs.

I’ve started fixing appliances 6 years ago. I’ve always had a passion repairing and solving problems. The best part of my job, I love multitasking and solving problems.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently I had a costumer that was ready to replace their refrigerator that cost over $10k Customer had couple of the companies in the house to get the refrigerator done. I found a very cheap and working solution. Customer was really happy that I insisted to give me a chance to fix the problem.
