Sharp’s Rodent Prevention was prompt in responsing to my request for service. The technician was thorough the removal of the animal from my property. In addition to be thorough they were punctual. I would recommend them in the future.

After receiving three estimates for a roofing job, I ultimately decided not to hire Sharp’s due to their significantly higher price compared to the other bids. Andrew, the representative from Sharp’s, was respectful and honest during the inspection process, particularly in identifying potential rodent issues. He was the only one of the three companies to inspect the roof directly, which was appreciated. However, despite the thoroughness of their inspection, I ultimately chose to hire a different company for the job. It wasn’t just about cost; the other two companies provided different opinions on the issue and demonstrated knowledge to back up their assessments, influencing my decision. Although I had a positive experience with Andrew and Sharp’s, the decision came down to finding the best fit for my needs.

Unfortunately we don’t provide monthly preventive care, or long term contracts.. We take care of the issue and give you a 1 year unlimited warranty with options to renew. When dealing with rats, there is only 1 real solution. We are not in everyone’s price range, as our focus is on quality. However we wish you the best of luck. Great Guy, Andrew Vargas, he came and he delivered. the squirrel was giving me hell in my attic, the technique they used was just impressive.

Toni was very responsive with providing a technician. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly. I really liked their approach of not trapping but terminating the entire mice community. Andrew spent hours sealing every point of mice/rodent activity from my roof; very impressive. He also sealed every point of entry of any pests (like lizards & bugs) that might find a path inside my house. For the time Andrew spent examining the powdery tubes (1 week), I feel that I received great value from Sharp Rodent Prevention. I would refer Toni and her team to anyone seeking to rid their attic of rodents & to seal house cracks.

They were awesome and so professional, we had a rodent problem that was keeping us up at night. They came out for a free inspection and with a half down deposit got us set up for a treatment the same day. A week later they came back out sealed up or home and did such a great job. We have been so relieved to get such a goodnight sleep. Thank you so much Sharps Rodent Prevention!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren’t the least expensive, we aren’t the most expensive. We will meet or beat any quote within reason. We offer veteran discount, senior discount and first responders. You will be 100 percent satisfied, and our 1 year guarantee is a promise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free home inspection and quote, 2) then if you decide to go with us, we will break your payments into two easy payments. We’re willing to work with a family on payments (within reason).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sharp’s Rodent Prevention is fully licensed by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture. We have continued education units once a year to make sure we stay up to date with the most current and economical ways to better serve your family’s needs.
